What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger

By Joseph Klein / El Inde

More than half a million people play high school basketball in the United States. Many of those kids have dreams of being a collegiate athlete at a Division One school.

Yet only one percent of those students actually get to achieve their dream. Back in 2017, one of those people was Jemarl Baker Jr., who committed to the preseason #1 team in the country, the University of Kentucky.

Thank you to the Pac12 Network for the broadcast on Baker.
